Our Offers
We arrived on the 25th of September at 10am at the hotel, after 2 hours in the lobby the reception told us our booking is from the next day and that the tour operator is faulty, the operator stated the opposite. We were moved to another Rixos hotel-Radamis, where the rooms were very nice but we got to them at 7 pm. Our first day of the stay was an absolute disaster. We were moved out to Rixos seagate the next day and approx at 2 pm could check in. Our room was paid for a Deluxe one, but it was horrible- nothing what i have already lived in this very hotel before. This was my third and LAST visit in Rixos Sharm.
